Under practical or domestic care, the following services are provided:
- Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, general tidying, mopping, and cleaning are examples of cleaning and housework assistance.
- Disposal of household garbage
- Getting ready for bed
- Cleaning silverware, cutlery, glass, and mirrors, among other things
- Cleaning up after a (non-intentional) bodily fluid spill or incontinence issues
- Floors, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and toilets must all be cleaned.
- Cleaning utensils
- Liaising with authorities and local contractors in the event of a household emergency
- Collecting pensions, prescriptions, medications, and other benefits, among other things
- Utility bill payment, form completion, and general contact.
- Assist with shopping activities, such as checking food and other everyday items in the service user’s home, assisting the service user in creating.
